The Franklin Block is a historic commercial building located in Downtown Portsmouth NH, and has stood since 1879.

As the largest standing Victorian-era building in Portsmouth, we are proud to utilize our experience with old and historic buildings to bring the current owners’ vision to life. Historic buildings bring unique challenges, and we have been collaborating closely with the owner and his team since the inception of this project to fully implement his goals and ideas.
