Brian Haley
PRESIDENT & CEO
Brian manages all commercial HVAC projects from start to finish. He also designs and coordinates all custom design/build commercial and residential projects. He is a Maine and New Hampshire registered Professional Engineer with a mechanical engineer degree from UNH. He has been with the company since 1983 and is the 4th generation of the family business.
Matt Haley
VICE PRESIDENT
Matt (Brian's son) is responsible for the operations of both the sheet metal department and the service department (Total Comfort Services). Matt earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bucknell University in 2006. After graduating, he taught public high school in NYC for three years. Matt is the 5th generation of the family business.
Nate Tripp
HVAC SALES
Nate is responsible for working with customers to develop practical solutions to meet their HVAC needs. He creates, manages and executes sales plans from the first meeting to the completion of the project. He handles a wide variety of residential and commercial HVAC and sheet metal specialty projects.
Mary Johnson
SALES COORDINATOR
Mary works with Nate and Matt to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish for all of our HVAC customers. She has 20 years of experience in clerical fields ranging from higher education to manufacturing, and now HVAC. When she's not working, she enjoys fishing, hiking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Nick Anagnostis
PURCHASER
Nick is responsible for purchasing equipment and materials to ensure that project deadlines are being met. He also helps with the sales process. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Maine.
Jen Vane
SERVICE COORDINATOR
Jen has more than 15 years' experience as Office Manager/Bookkeeper in the construction industry. She is also a Plumbing Apprentice, Notary Public, and Realtor in the Lakes region. A member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Naples, when Jen is not working, she enjoys hiking with her dog.
Sam Anagnostis
ESTIMATOR
Sam is responsible for estimating and completing the bid process on all plan/spec projects. Sam has been in the company since 1984 and was previously shop manager. Sam is very involved in the community and was given the prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship Award for his dedication to the Saco Rotary.
Jim McGovern
ESTIMATOR
Jim works with both Brian and Sam during the estimation process, coordinating with vendors, customers and contractors. He estimates retail design/build installations. Jim has 50 years' experience in the HVAC industry and an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jim as been with the company since 2007.
Kyle Noel
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kyle coordinates and oversees our various field teams to meet customer expectations for ductwork, sheet metal, and special projects. He has been with the company since 2006. When he's not working, he enjoys outdoor sports and spending time with family and friends.
Monica Dawson
ACCOUNTING
Monica is responsible for our accounting department and has many years' experience in Accounting and Office Administration. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and an Associates Degree in Accounting. When she's not working, she enjoys volunteering at church and spending time with family and friends-especially her granddaughter.
Abigail Means
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT/ OFFICE MANAGER
Abigail has over 10 years in customer service and management experience. She assists Monica with the accounting duties and HR tasks. Outside of work Abigail enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and crafting.
