Matt Haley
Sheetmetal Operations Manager

Matt manages and coordinates the shop and field operations of the company. He schedules projects, manages the sheetmetal employees, and coordinates projects with contractors and customers. Matt earned his Bachelor's degree in business management from Bucknell University in 2006. After graduating, he moved to New York City and taught public high school for three years and earned his Master's degree in education. Matt is the fifth generation of the family business.
Scott Libby
Service Manager, Total Comfort Services

Scott has been in the HVAC business since 1985 and is responsible for the service division of Haley's Metal Shop. He coordinates installations, maintenance, and repairs of heating and cooling systems. He also estimates service only projects and works with customers and contractors. Scott has experience as a project manager and a business owner and has worked in all aspects of the HVAC trade. Scott holds a license as an Oil Burner technician and is certified to perform Air Conditioning installation and maintenance. While Scott holds an Associates Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning, he is currently working to obtain his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. Scott has been with the company since 2007.
Sam Anagnostis

Sam is responsible for estimating and completing the bid process on all plan/spec projects. Sam has been in the company since 1984 and was previously the shop manager.
Jim McGovern
Estimator & Project Assistant

Jim works with both Brian and Sam during the estimation process, coordinating with vendors, customers, and contractors. He estimates retail design/build installations. Jim has 37 years experience in the HVAC Industry, and an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jim has been with company since 2007.
Richard McNally

Richard is responsible for the estimation and coordination for residential and commercial design/build projects. He also is in charge of the duct cleaning division. He has been with the company since 1994.
Karen Simard
Office Manager

Karen is responsible for the daily operations of the office. She supervises accounts payable and payroll operations. She coordinates office to customer communication. She has been with the company since 1982.
