Haley's Metal Shop, Inc. is a full-scale, full-service operation specializing in Commercial and Residential Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Ductwork Fabrication and Installation, Specialty Metal Fabrication, Complete System Service and Air Duct Cleaning.

HMS employs approximately 40 people, generating average annual sales of over $4,000,000.

Haley's Metal Shop has a successful Safety Program in place. HMS employs a well-respected Safety Consulting firm to oversee the safety program, conduct training, and conduct on-going field safety inspections. There is also a Safety Committee consisting of the Safety Officer, CEO, a Shop Representative, a Sheet Metal Field Representative and a Service Department Representative that meets monthly to set policy and address specific safety issues. A complete Safety Training Program assures that each employee is properly trained for the assigned areas of duty.

Supervisory experience levels are high in the company. Project managers average 20 years of experience with HMS and on-site project supervisors average 15 years. An on-staff Professional Engineer is registered in Maine and New Hampshire.
